What I love most about Windmill Hill is the happy faces on each and every child the moment I arrive at school of a morning. I have always believed in the power of positive reinforcement, being able to educate the pupils whilst helping to build up their self-confidence has always been a fundamental goal of mine. The kind of environment myself and our dedicated staff have created here at Windmill Hill allows us to help shape the lives of the pupils in a fun and friendly manner.

As a result of our approach, the pupils enjoy school and go about their day with the very smiles on their faces that help to lighten my own day up too.
